Celebrate Virginia South serves to bridge the burgeoning retail destination hub that is Central Park with the commercial, residential and leisure destination expansion on the north side. Celebrate Virginia South is a tourism and entertainment campus that will feature four hotels, a conference center, a main street entertainment experience and much more. 

The Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center, featuring 115,000 sq. ft. of exhibit and meeting space, has already opened within easy walking distance of the 148-room Hilton Garden Inn Fredericksburg, the 124-room Homewood Suites by Hilton® , and the 122-room Hampton Inn & Suites®. The next named hotel will be a Hyatt Place®.  In total, the four hotels will bring more than 530 additional hotel rooms to one of the fastest growing regions in the United States. In addition to the four-hotel conference center campus, Celebrate Virginia will include development of an eco-center adventure park, theatre and entertainment district and not to mention  The National Slavery Museum, which on its own is expected to draw thousands of visitors annually.

Just across the Rappahannock River lies a 1,250-unit active adult community by Del Webb, a Corporate Campus offering three million square feet for corporate clients and the award-winning Cannon Ridge Golf Resort-- all also part of Celebrate Virginia.
