2008 Benchmarks This year Silver Companies will build two more hotels -- a Hyatt Place in Jacksonville, Fla and a Hyatt Place in Germantown, Tenn. A third Hyatt Place franchise already awarded to Silver Companies will break ground in Celebrate Virginia next year. In the meantime, Silver Companies is considering multiple franchises in other locations, including Celebrate Alabama for which grading has begun in the Opelika/Auburn trade area. Hyatt Place - Germantown, Tenn. On March 8, 2007 Silver Companies secured the franchise that will make Germantown, Tenn. the site of the state’s first new-build Hyatt Place hotel.
