Our partnerships with hotel operators MMI Hotel Group in development of our numerous Hilton and Hyatt brand hotels, McCann Realty in the creation of the Silver-McCann Apartment Group funds, and Capital Health Group with regard to several senior living properties in our Silver Real Estate Fund I, are examples of such recent collaboration. With the skills of an integrated team, we are poised to act and present select investment partners and high net-worth individuals with diverse investment opportunities.

A fund example: Silver Real Estate Fund I, LP has made investments in eight real estate properties located across the country. The Fund's $98.9 million in assets comprise four different types of properties in different stages of development -- three senior housing projects and two hotel/commercial development projects that are operational; and two residential development projects and a mixed-use development project under development. As mentioned above, the investments all involve joint ventures with experienced development, operational and investment partners.
