Silver Companies has invested in numerous senior assisted living communities, including three to date with its latest fund.   The three properties include two new construction communities and an existing property that is being expanded.  The investments are shown in more detail below. All three projects will be completed in 2010.

The three new investments were made through joint ventures with Capital Health Group, LLC (CHG). Additional co-investors in the two new Maryland facilities include Peregrine Health Management Company, a regional operator with more than 50 years of experience which will oversee operations, and F.M. Harvey Construction Company (F.M. Harvey), a local contractor that has provided quality construction for the surrounding community since 1961.
