TENANT ALREADY EXPANDING AT SILVER'S QUANTICO CORPORATE CENTER |

August 4, 2008 - MTC Services Corp. expanded its space at Silver Companies' Quantico Corporate Center by nearly 16,000 square feet, bringing the tenant's total to a current 57,707 square feet.

MTC Services Corp. expanded by 15,991 square feet at 925 Corporate Drive in Stafford, Va., bringing its total occupancy at the property to 57,707 square feet. The four-story building delivered last year and totals 140,000 square feet. Other tenants there include The MITRE Corp., Unitech and Rheinmetall, according to CoStar information. It is part of Quantico Corporate Center, an 85-acre campus next to the Quantico Marine Base. David Newman and Phillip Baxter handled the deal in-house for the landlord, Silver Companies. California-based MTC Services Corp. provides engineering and systems services to companies in the defense industry. Back to News Listing |
