Located at exit 130B off Interstate 95, the 310-acre power retail center is midway between Richmond, Virginia and Washington D.C. Since its inception in 1995, tenants have experienced unprecedented success, and accounted for more than 25% of the City of Fredericksburg's entire tax base.
