SILVER COMPANIES' QUANTICO CORPORATE CENTER SIGNS ANOTHER TENANT

July 29, 2009 - Conscious Security Inc. will move its headquarters from Fredericksburg to Silver Companies' Quantico Corporate Center in Stafford County.

“This new location will allow Conscious Security to showcase our talents and provide greater convenience to our clients and partners by putting us within easy reach,” said Kevin McTarsney, CEO of Conscious Security.

The Quantico Corporate Center campus is being developed by Fredericksburg-based Silver Cos. and is expected to include one million square feet of Class A office space. Construction of a third 140,000-square-foot facility is expected start by the end of the year.

Conscious Security Inc. will move its headquarters from Fredericksburg to Quantico Corporate Center in Stafford County.

The information technology services company signed for 5,500 square feet of office space, which it will occupy in November.

Conscious Security will keep supporting contracts for the Marine Corps, other Department of Defense entities, and commercial clients.

Jamie Scully with Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield Alliance represented the tenant and Phillip Baxter and David Newman of Silver Cos. represented the landlord.
